to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

Beware of Size 9 Little Kid / Toddler
We normally LOVE Visari cleats. We've ordered many pairs between 3 kids and have always been satisfied - great quality, comfort & durability. However, there seems to be a problem with sizing in the white Size 9. We ordered 2 styles, both Visari, each in both an 8.5 & a 9. As you can see in the picture, the blue/purple pair are sized appropriately, but the size 9 in the white style is extremely oversized. My daughter REALLY loved the white ones, but the 8.5 was too small & the 9 was practically 4 sizes too big :( Ended up returning both white pairs and the 8.5 in the blue/purple & kept the 9. If the 9 in the white had been correctly sized, we definitely would have kept those instead. If you need another size, we definitely recommend these shoes, but if you're looking to purchase a Size 9 Little Kid/Toddler, just beware.
