We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:
Call (800-933-0232) or email
soccer@vizari.com
to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

Beware - defective balls received and would do nothing about it
I ordered multiple balls.
In my second order I order 3 additional balls and received a free "mystery gift". It arrived and the gift was an extra ball. Great I thought. A week or two later I inflated them
One had a large hole in it. I sent a video of me hiding it underwater and the bubbles were crazy. Wouldn't hold air for 10 minutes.
I was told, oh that one was your mystery gift so we are giving you 15% off you next purchase. About a week later I find a second ball that has never been used that has gone completely flat. I inflate it again and it is flat two days later. Not low, completely flat.
I report this second of four balls that won't hold air and am told, sorry your 30 day return window is up. All I wanted them to do was ship me one replacement ball.
I will never buy from them again and you should be very afraid of receiving the same level of service I did
