to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

I had bought my daughter soccer cleats one size bigger hoping she’d get more then 1 season out of them. Well, don’t be like me. After watching her trip over that extra size for an entire practice I to make a quick decision on another pair and make sure they were gonna arrive on time. She has a small foot and not may 6 year olds are still wearing 10T shoes. I chose this seller because of the available size and price. Package arrived super fast & didn’t break this single moms bank account. The cleats fit perfect. The part that stuck out to me was the material. The shoe itself is not stiff or hard to loosen the laces. It has just enough flexibility to it. Overall the quality of the cleats look great. I’ll let ya know how they hold up after the season.

I love the color and the quality. They are so cute! I loved the price I stopped at bobs/ems/dicks and I couldn’t find a better price. My daughter loves them and says they’re comfortable so they’re not too heavy and she’s able to walk on pavement and solid floors without slipping.
