We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:
Call (800-933-0232) or email
soccer@vizari.com
to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.
