We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:

to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

perfect for my daughter, only small issue is that the padding in the ankle section sometimes turns on itself but is easy to re adjust. if it weren't for that i would have been 5 stars all the way!!!

Fits narrow!
We love them. My youngest daughter plays Middle School soccer and we purchased these. The shin guards are NARROW! Which works for us because she’s very petite we purchased the youth/adult medium.
