Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.

Here are the steps for return:

Call (800-933-0232) or email soccer@vizari.com to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition. If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it. It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost. If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind, the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued, as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed. Please contact customer service for any additional questions regarding returns and refunds.

Great Value

These gloves were perfect for our U8 soccer team. I bought two sets for team use and they held up well for the first season. They will likely need bigger gloves next season but didn't come close to wearing these out.

Sizing was a little hard to guess.

I bought a size 7 for my 9 yr. old nephew. He's a little taller than the other kids so I ordered big. A size 6 would have fit perfect. Even though they are a bit big, he loves them. Nice quality. Thicker/more padding than some of the other gloves. Great colors. I can see where the Velcro might be a weak spot, I pointed it out to him so he's careful when he pulls on the Velcro. A great value. As for the sizing, I would recommend 8yr old kids get a size 5, 9yr olds get a size 6.

Great for beginners

These are great for young, beginners. I would only use these for children under 9 or in a non-competitive league. They were perfect for my 6-year-old to play at the YMCA, but they do not have enough padding for more solid or aggressive plays.

Great goalie gloves

I am a u8 soccer coach. And all the kids love these goalie gloves I only have 1 kid whose hands were too small for them. She still caught every ball that came her way. My older daughter who is in u10 also has a pair of these and loves the way they feel.

Perfect for the price!

These were the perfect "starter" goalkeeper gloves for both of my kids when they decided they wanted to try goalkeeping. I didn't want to spend a lot on high quality gloves if they didn't want to stick with it, but they needed something to protect their hands and assist them in gripping. These were the great for just that. My son now has a higher quality pair, and I purchased another pair of these for my daughter to try out. You won't get more than a season out of these, but for the price, I wouldn't expect to get much more than that.
