We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:

to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

I ordered this jersey in a youth medium for our U9 boys soccer team. It arrived on time and exactly as advertised. The jersey is made well, and has held up just fine 9 games into the season. We live in the PNW, so it has seen plenty of wet grass and mud. It washes well and holds its color. The sizing is on target. It is just right on the tallest boys on the team, and a little big on the shorter ones. For the price, it�s a 5 Star in my book.

This is a well made Goalie Jersey. Just be aware it fits and is sized like a typical shirt. You need to size up one to give them room and to be able to make quick goalie changes.
