We accept return for a full refund as long as you return it in 30 days from the day the product was shipped to you.
Here are the steps for return:
- 1. Call or email us to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and reject it.
- 2. Everything should be in the original box in the original condition. If any parts are missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it. It’s a good idea to save the original box with its packing materials in 30 days.
- 3. You will not be charged for the original shipping, but if you chose white glove shipping and paid for it, the white glove shipping is not refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping charge. In case you want to exchange to an equal or higher value chairs, you will be credited for the return shipping fee.
- 4. Please allow two weeks after we receive the product for us to issue you a credit since we need to inspect whether everything is in its original condition or not.
- 5. Residents of Los Angeles County and Orange County: we will pick up the chair if you live in the Los Angeles county or Orange county. You don’t have to put it back into the original box and return in in assemble stage. All the printed material and accessories should be returned in its original condition. You will not be charged for the original shipping but the return shipping charge is $5.00
