We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:

soccer@vizari.com
to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

These are the best cleats for children with wide feet, but not so wide that I'm sure they would fit others as well. Held up nicely for soccer season!

I bought these soccer cleats for my son (5.5yo) for his soccer season. Kids outgrow cleats and I can�t stand throwing money away when they will not be able to use them again next year. These are excellent quality cleats. I love the color and the price was perfect! They have held up for the season and I Erik definitely be repurchasing for next season!
