to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

Our daughter is 4 and has very small feet so finding soccer cleats her size was impossible until I found these on amazon. We got the smallest size they had which in theory would have been too big But these were a little smaller and more narrow than I expected which for us turned out to be great because with her soccer socks they fit very well and were very comfortable for her. The fabric is very thick so the shoe didn�t break in as fast as others but she didn�t seem to mind and it didn�t seem to bother her. Overall for the price and being our only option, very happy with the purchase and she will wear them again for spring soccer and our son can wear them when he starts soccer.
