We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:
Call (800-933-0232) or email
soccer@vizari.com
to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

The cleats look great! My daughter loves the color and design. Scored her first goal of the season with the cleats. All materials seem reasonable and good enough for a few season before out growing them. Overall 5 out of 5 stars.

Bought these for softball (I know they are soccer cleats) but they are working just fine. I went a size up because sometimes cleats fit smaller especially with thick socks and that was the right call. My 7 year old daughter likes the Frozen theme. She says they are comfortable and she is very very picky.

They're super cute and fit as would expect I probably could have got away with ordering her normal size but have had many people say to size up that soccer shoes run smaller so I did but they still stay on just got a little growing room in the toe area.

Found these when we needed to size up for my daughter. These are seriously so cute and she loves that she has �Elsa� shoes for soccer. They seem to fit true to size and she�s only worn them a few times but I think they�ll hold up well. Only complaint is I�m not sure how the laces will work for us long term, since she can�t tie shoes yet.
