We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only.
Here are the steps for return:

soccer@vizari.com
to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and will reject it.
Everything must be in the original box and in original condition.
If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.
It is recommended to save the original box and packing materials for 30 days.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, color, or size,
we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
If you are returning or replacing a product due to remorse or a change of mind,
the return shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If white glove shipping was selected and paid for, it is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please allow up to two weeks after we receive the product for the credit to be issued,
as we must inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
Returns mailed to us that do not follow the above instructions will not be processed.

Nice shoe cool design great fit!
My 6year old loves these soccer cleats. He was really uncomfortable with other popular brands with a narrow fit. but when he put these on, he loved them. He tells me they are comfortable and sometimes puts them on just to walk around in, despite me asking him not to. Although my child is on the slim side his feet are not narrow. These cleats are great cause they have a more rounded shape which is how my child�s feet are. If he�s happy and comfortable playing in these shoes and not thinking of his feet while playing, then they are doing its job. It�s all about finding the right shoe for your child�s feet and we did!

So so cute! They are a little big though so if your little is between sizes don�t size up from the bigger size because you�re worried about fit. Great bang for your buck.
